A note on terminology- there are a few “catch-all” terms frequently throughout this collection of resources that may not apply to every program or partner we served. Below, we’ve tried to clarify these words to help you understand their relevance to RAR MA programming at YOUR site. Please ask if you have any questions!
“children”– students, families
“space”– classroom, conference room, playgroup site
“implementers”– someone rotating the Red Bag: could be a teacher, a playgroup leader, or another staff member that will work with families to ensure that families are able to access Raising A Reader books, bags, and resources
